Schuss Lodge Thredbo
Schuss Lodge Thredbo is situated at the top of the village on the Alpine
Way. With parking right outside the door arrival and departure at a ski
lodge have never been easier. The lodge has 25 beds in 2 bed and 3 bed
rooms, including two rooms with a queen-sized bed. All the rooms have en-suite facilities.
The dining area and lounge
are appointed to the usual high standard of comfort one expects in a Schuss lodge and
both offer a truly spectacular panorama of the
mountains and ski
runs.
Thredbo boasts Australia's highest lifted point and longest run. There are also many other runs, both long and short, to suit all standards. Snow making is extensive on the lower slopes. When the snow is good Thredbo is awesome. For cross country skiers the Snowy Mountain main range and Mount Kosciuszko itself are only a short ski from the top of Kosciuszko Express Chair.
