| Membership of Schuss Ski Club Ltd. offers a number of advantages and privileges including: | |

Memberships may be sold to approved purchasers at negotiated prices, and |

Members' liability limited to $50.00 should the Club be wound up. |
| Are Memberships available? | |
| Yes and no... No new memberships in Schuss are being issued, with total membership fixed at 531. However membership may be purchased from a resigning member. There are currently some available as the Club has been going for nearly 40 years and some of our founding members are moving on. | |
| How much do Schuss Memberships cost? | |
| The purchase price of Membership Rights is not fixed. It is determined by negotiated agreement between buyers and sellers. | |
| How do I join? | |
| Membership of Schuss Ski Club Ltd can only be gained through the purchase, by approved applicants, of an existing membership. The transfer of membership is a transaction between seller and buyer, and Schuss is not a party to the transaction. The document Purchase of Schuss Membership fully describes the process for joining Schuss. Please refer to the "Purchasing" page (link above) for a summary of the steps involved in purchasing a Membership. | |
The Club provides support for the membership transfers by putting buyers and sellers in contact. The Club maintains three lists: |

A list of members who have notified their intention to sell
and have agreed for contact details to be available on this website (at the link above). The details published are name, postal address, email address, telephone
numbers, and the selling price in the case where the price has been supplied by the member. |

A list of members who have notified their intention to sell but are not willing to have contact details published on this
web site. Bona fide buyers (see following point) can provide contact details to these members through the Membership Secretary
(email and phone details on the right), and it is then up to the selling members to continue dialogue with the potential buyers. |

A list of bona fide buyers who have requested their contact details be available to sellers via this web site (throught the link above). Buyers will remain on the buyers list for three months, after which time they will be deleted. The buyers list will be made available to any member who requests a copy. If you want your details (name, postal address, email address, and telephone numbers) to be on this list, contact the Membership Secretary. |
