Schuss Lodge Falls Creek
has a resident manager during winter and peak summer periods.
It is a "self-catering" style lodge and has a BYO licence. The kitchen, dining and lounge areas are communal and shared by all guests. The large, modern kitchen is well-equipped with separate, easy accessible fridge, freezer and pantry space for food storage, which are allocated to each room. There is a high speed commercial dishwasher for easy cleaning and hygiene. Basic staples such as milk (during the winter season only), tea, instant coffee, Milo, cooking oil, sugar, salt, pepper, tomato sauce and cleaning requisites are provided.

The lodge has a dedicated games room with pool and table tennis tables. There is a separate TV lounge and,
off the main lounge, a conversation area around the
swirling wood fire. A wide selection
of board games is also provided and there is an extensive library catering to all tastes.
The lodge is centrally heated and very cosy. There is plenty of storage for skis and boards and hydronically heated boot racks. There is a laundry and work space for ski and board servicing if required.

All rooms in Schuss Lodge Falls Creek incorporate en-suite facilities. The lodge has sleeping for 57 people in 20 rooms.
There are seven twin rooms, three doubles, five rooms with 3 single beds, four rooms have a double bed and a bunk and one
a double bed and two bunks, making them popular for families with young children who want to be in the one room.

All bed linen (including doonas, pillows, covers and
sheets) is provided (but bath towels are not). Your room is made up prior to your arrival and cleaned after your
departure. To facilitate this cleaning service check-in is at 4:00 pm and check-out is at 9:30
am. We understand your wish to get the most from your visit to the
resort and generally it is possible, by arrangement with the manager, to store luggage (at your
own risk), if arriving earlier or departing later than these times.
We do not have regular cleaning staff so guests are responsible for their own room cleaning during their stay. There is also a roster of simple cleaning tasks for communal areas.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas.
